Friday October 16, 2009, I sat in on a mass communications seminar at my Alma Mater Norfolk State University. On the podium, Isat next to a man who turned me on to blogtalkradio.com. His name is Kevin Ross...he is also called "The Boss!" He was a former California district judge, but he felt unfulfilled. So he entered the world of talk radio at Los Angeles AM powerhouse KABC. He left there and started his own media company. AT the same time, he started his own weekly talk show on the internet. It has proven to be a successful move.

Ross gave the message to the students at the seminar and me also that opportunity in life is there for the taking...it is not given to you. It lit a fire in meto make something happen. So that afternoon I joined blogtalkradio.com and I now have my own talk show.
